Introduction:
Every year, we eagerly await the arrival of fresh coffee from El Salvador—and this season’s standout is a showstopper.
Grown high in the Chalatenango region, this exceptional Pacamara comes from Ulises Lemus, the dedicated farmer behind Finca San Francisco and Finca Loma Pacha. Known for his meticulous care and commitment to quality, Ulises cultivates coffee with heart and precision on his two small farms.
Our trusted staff member and local partner, Beto Reyes, works alongside Ulises throughout the harvest—offering agronomic support, helping refine processing methods, and building long-term farm capacity.
This coffee is all about character: big beans, bold flavor, and beautiful clarity. Ripe cherries are carefully picked, then either dry fermented for 16–20 hours for the washed process or dried as naturals on raised beds for 14–18 days, depending on weather conditions.
Whether you’re pulling a shot or brewing a filter, this Pacamara delivers depth, sweetness, and a vibrant sense of place.
