Refund policy

We accept exchanges on damaged merchandise only. We do not issue refunds for merchandise or coffee.

Exchanges
Coffee is non-returnable.

Exchanges are on merchandise only.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, send us an email at info@kaicoffee.com to request a damaged goods form. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Send your item, proof of purchase, and the completed form to: P.O. Box 5384 Maroochydore BC QLD 4558.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, we will contact you with the exchange options that we can offer at no additional charge.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Shipping
To exchange your product, you should mail your product to: P.O. Box 5384 Maroochydore BC QLD 4558.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
