Our head roaster Julian was cupping some mighty fine single origin samples last year when he came up with the idea to create a Christmas blend that combines a very special cinnamon infused specialty coffee from Colombia with Brazil and Ethiopian natural coffees. The end result he was looking for was a Christmas fruit cake with cinnamon sugar on top.... and... he nailed it. This blend is amazing as a black coffee, and with milk these cake and Christmas pudding flavours shine through.
